This decree was issued on October 1, 2019 and it establishes some Lebanese Standards related to the classification of fertilizers and soil conditioners, sulfur coated urea (SCU), fertilizer grade urea, controlled release fertilizer and water soluble fertilizer, as Mandatory Lebanese Standards.
