LIBNOR, while operating a QMS according to ISO 9001 and in conformance its regulatory framework, has the key role of enhancing , through standardization, quality and safety of products and services in order for them to be competitive in domestic and international markets, while satisfying consumer/user needs and ensuring their safety and Health.
LIBNOR is committed to setting, reviewing and providing resources to achieve the following objectives:

Continual improvement of LIBNOR Quality Management System.

Provision of means (Standards and pertinent information) to all stakeholders in order to satisfy their quality , safety and environmental needs

Continual development of its Information Center to suit customer needs and facilitate trade, especially through a TBT enquiry point within its Information Center.

Enhance its membership and participation in international and regional standardization organizations and activities in order to implement the respective agreements and harmonize Lebanese standards with international, European and Regional Standards.

Develop training activities on Quality, standards , safety , Health and environment for the public and private sectors.
